Trainer

LCM Informatique, a Canadian leader in dealer management software for powersports dealerships, is looking to add a dynamic individual to its training team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the powersports industry or in a related sector such as RV, marine or even automotive.

Tasks:

  • Customer support and guidance on using the software, via emails, phone calls and/or web conference;
  • Train users on how to use the software, either online or on-site at the client’s location;
  • Assist with the onboarding and go-live process for new clients.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of LAUTOPAK, NEWGEN2.0, and/or LARS software (an asset);
  • Experience in the sales, service, and/or parts department;
  • Bilingualism is mandatory due to our pan-Canadian clientele.

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. The company also offers a group insurance plan.

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Senior Accounting Clerk

LCM Informatique is a fast-growing company specializing in the development and implementation of accounting and ERP software solutions for the distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, automotive, and recreational vehicle dealership sectors.

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and autonomous Senior Accounting Clerk to play a key role in the financial operations of our Laval-based organization.

Your Role

Reporting to management, you will be responsible for the full accounting cycle and will actively contribute to the company’s financial health and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete accounting cycle
  • Monitor accounts receivable, collections, and deposits
  • Prepare government remittances (GST/QST, payroll deductions, etc.)
  • Process and manage payroll
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Collaborate closely with external accountants and financial partners
  • Prepare month-end and year-end journal entries
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with annual financial statements
  • Maintain proper filing and organization of accounting records

What We’re Looking For

  • College diploma (DEC/DCS) in Accounting or equivalent education
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • High level of accuracy, autonomy, discretion, and analytical thinking
  • Bilingual (French and English)
